On 6th February 2025, F2 Bio Sdn. Bhd. signed a landmark commercialization agreement with INOVASI@UKM™, the Center for Innovation & Technology Transfer at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM).

This strategic partnership marks the official commercialization of Dermal Fibroblast Sera (DFS) technology — a cutting-edge skincare innovation developed through advanced cell science research. The DFS formula will power F2’s premium skincare line, designed to deliver deep cellular repair and anti-aging effects through science-backed, dermatological-grade ingredients.

The signing ceremony was held at CRIM UKM, attended by representatives from both institutions. This collaboration represents a strong step forward in bridging scientific innovation with global beauty markets, aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 3: Good Health & Well-being; SDG 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure).
